When did youth opening start happening in July?

Had to sit in a less than ideal youth season spot due to the wind. Shooter crossed the lane and stopped but little man couldn’t get on him quick enough. Seen a few deer since and he’s still pumped to be out of school with dad in the woods. Great start to youth weekend already.

A good friend of mine and his son (8) went this morning and he shot his first deer (spike). Awesome times. They came by and dropped him off. His head is in the pot boiling right now. That boy couldn't have been more happy. I'm taking my daughter tomorrow evening.

Couldn’t get to the club till about 3 due to work, had 2 in the field when we walked up thought we were gonna be able to get a shot but they spooked maybe we’ll get lucky & something else will stroll through

Well we haven’t got skunked this afternoon. Little button head that came through. We still got about 30 min. Let’s see what happens.

Need a dog in New Hope area, if anyone knows of anyone please shoot me their info. My daughter shot a pretty good 6 point and barrel rolled it down the mountain. Thought it was dying but got back up and proceeded to struggle around mountain before falling again.

Put my buddy and his two kids out in a ground blind on our place this afternoon and his 9yo shot his first deer. Big doe at about 75yds

My cousin got a good one this afternoon.

That how youre supposed to look when you kill a good deer. Thats great

My son got it done today. We got in shooting house around 2:15 and I opened the front window and I said get your gun up he coming in. He thought I was playing for a few seconds then less than a minute later our hunt was over. Quickest hunt I ever been on.
