I plan on having the business for far more than 5 years. If for some reason I don't then I'm either dead or wealthy enough to not be worried about recapture money. But it's really good information to know...one of the reasons I asked the question here as there are multiple small business owners and knowledgeable professionals. I'm meeting with my CPA next week and wanted to at least start learning about from a real world perspective.
