If forced into subdivision living between Alabaster and Birmingham… where you looking? I do like to watch a deer or two in the back yard also.

With that range you should have plenty of good choices.

School age children - Vestavia, Mtn. Brook, or Homewood. To watch deer and have good schools - maybe Hoover or Liberty Park?

Used to be a lifeguard, until that blue kid got me fired.

Just got them all pushed out of the nest. Might let them come home for Christmas.

A friend mentioned this. Is it a township or actual subdivision?

MtnBrook has the best schools (IMO grin) and we have deer in the yard every day, just don’t shoot one or the neighbors WILL 100% snitch on you with a quickness. I’ve been watching this gnarly nontypical for at least 4 or 5yrs. He’s old as Methuslah and has been going downhill for the last couple years.

Yessir! I’m always gonna shoot what makes me happy and I want everyone else to do the same! If you shoot one be proud of it and don’t worry what anyone else thinks. - SJ22

Thanks man but of course in this market I’m just selling an overpriced house in one place to buy an overpriced house in another!
