With this cold front coming in if you could only hunt one day, would you hunt tomorrow morning as the front moves in overnight or would you hunt Wednesday morning when the temperatures have dropped another ten degrees.

I will be there Wednesday and Thursday, both in afternoon. Can't hunt mornings during the work week.

I’ll try my luck Wednesday-Saturday. Trick or treating with the grandson just seems more fun than hunting nowadays.

I’m gonna give it a go in the morning, but typically I only see them just before or a couple days after the front. I never have much luck on those bone-chilling cold days. I figure they just sit in thermal cover the whole time or something.

I’ve never had much luck on mornings of a hard freeze. The afternoons following have been great.

I stand corrected. Had 8 does walk under me and got the one. Then had two bucks walk within 20yds of me while I was on the ground tracking. I think the low was 24f that morning.
