So my wife has been wanting a glider type rocking chair to keep on her side of the bed for sewing and watching TV. I tell her to just go buy one at a store, but she claims nobody makes them anymore. It needs to be narrow so it will fit a tight area, but also glide back and forth and rock too.
I'm not sure I've ever seen one, but maybe someone here wants one out of your house. Sell it to me and I will promise to give you all the decorative pillows in my house if I should outlive my wife. She already knows they are doomed. Gotta be somebody out there who feels the same about a glider, but I will even pay you for it. What you got?

I have one that we bought to put in our nursery when we started having kids. We’ve tossed around the idea of selling it because I can count on 1 hand how many times we actually used it.
I’ll talk to my wife today and see if she’ll agree to sell it. I’m perfectly fine with getting rid of it myself. Stay tuned. Thanks, please let me know the dimensions if she wants to get rid of it. It's gotta fit between the dresser and the bed and not a whole lot of room there. I oughta trade you that trailer back that I bought from you. I think I have used it 4 times in 10 years, but as sure as I get rid of it I will need it.

I had one that my wifes family member gave her. She wanted the upholstery redone. Wasn't cheap, but she loves it.

Steve, your contingency offer of all those decorative pillows really cracks me up!

Steve, your contingency offer of all those decorative pillows really cracks me up! Lol, that's a pet peeve of mine. We rented a house last week on the lake, and ours was a pretty small bedroom. There were 7 decorative pillows on the bed. There was absolutely no place to put them except on the floor, and that took up a lot of the very limited floor space in the room. And the thing is, every other person who ever rented the house had to throw them on the floor too, so you know that they are nasty and yet they are on the bed we had to sleep in. And what in Hades is the point of them anyway? Just make up the bed and forget decorative pillows. Whoever came up with such a bad idea, and how did it become universal? Oh well. At least the glider will be a place to sit.

Picked up the chair and my wife is very happy with it. Paid the 3%, so it's another aldeer success story! Superspike, all the decorative pillows in my house are yours in the unlikely event that I should outlive my wife. But you will only have 24 hours to claim them or they will be in the burn pile.
