The wife is looking at 2 vehicles that she likes... I was just curious if anyone had any experience with either and their opinions grin both have roughly the same mileage and we have driven the jeep already.. both are fully loaded for the most part as she likes those gadgets and heated seats etc..
2017 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk is a 4x4...not that she needs that..
2017 Nissan Murano Platinum

Nissan safety is top notch…wife and I got hit head on and thanks to the good Lord above and Nissan safety features we walked out with minor bruises. Plus the Mirano drives wayy better in my opinion

C, none of the above.
I would seriously skip both.

There’s a reason the Rav4 and Highlander are rated better.

Nissan CVTs are complete trash.

No clue why anyone would shop Jeep aside from Wrangler

Wife wants a nice and reliable SUV, alright find her a RX350 from some 1 owner dealer serviced Boomer owner.

I would rather put my wife in a 5 year older RX350 than either of the ticking time bombs in the original post.

That is so true. Had good friends that had a Murano/CVT trans and it started acting up. Lost their arse trading because dealer knew issues they were having.

Honda or Toyota but if I had to pick between the 2 you listed... I would go with Nissan. My sister has a Murano and she has had zero issues.

Jeep and Chrysler are total junk and always have been. Wrangler is the only thing I'd barely consider and I wouldn't even have one of those. Dodge, keep, Chrysler are just cheap crap. Worst of the big three and have been since the 60s

I love our Armada but it has a normal transmission. If I were looking at a smaller SUV, I’d buy an older higher mileage Toyota over just about anything else.

Just don’t buy a Toyota or Lexus that is white or Pearl White unless it’s already been repainted by a reputable shop

when buying for our kids we sought out used Lexus' best advice ever. Safe and reliable. Most people who buy them new, have them serviced regular at the dealership.

Ain't no way I'd put my wife in a Jeep.
