So I did spray, throw, and mow in May. I have a great stand of alyce clover and some joint vetch, guess my deer dont like the alyce clover. Anyway, at this point do I just let it go until the first frost and that will kill it? At that point can I bushhog it down? Next spring do I have to do anything to it or will it just come back up on its on? appreciate any advice Thanks

I did the same. My Alyce clover wasn’t very noticeable last trip up but the vetch was starting to make a good show. I haven’t added any fertilizer at all. I did have to make a second clethodim application to beat the grasses back. That was 3 weeks ago. Im planning to throw and mow some wheat and oats at the end of October if we get some rain. I’ll also be putting down clover and chicory for next spring.

That’s crazy. I plant it every year and they mow it down. It will be 5-6 feet tall in the exclusion cage and 5-6 inches tall outside of it.
First frost will kill it. You won’t have much volunteer next year.
