I have two buddies that swear by them. They lay a hole, that's for sure.

I don't see where you coul go wrong with them. It's hard to make a bad decision on broadheads now days. IMO

They are good heads. But..... like all expandables there is a limit. Folks shooting low poundage need to stick with a fixed blade. My wife shot GRs until she lost a big buck a couple of years ago. I even hunted with them some killing turkeys, hogs, and a couple of deer. Good heads.

Friend of mine in GA shoots these out of his LX. Two years ago he was 17 for 17 on hits/recovers with them (over a few years). I can't remember if he killed any last year or not.

To answer your question, I didn't log on aldeer yesterday. I was at the lease planting food plots a month too early. At 6:30PM I was 6 miles from camp on a tractor when it started raining. We planted until dark 30, and got back to the camp at 8:30. It was still raining when we got back to camp. I had water inside my boots up to my ankles. The only thing dry on me was my hind end sphincter.

I shot the two inch whitetail specials last year. They fly great and I was pleased with the damage they caused. I hit the opposite shoulder on a doe and did not pass through. Broadhead was bent and blade missing. I noticed the spring that holds the blades closed seemed to get stiffer as the season went on. I will find some type of oil for them before this season. I think a high speed high KE bow is best since it takes a good bit to push the springs in. Just my thoughts on them. I will continue to use them. Also customer support was good as well. I broke my practice head and they sent me replacement parts free.
