If you are going to bake banana pudding, you might as well sugar up some cornbread and stick it in the oven with it. Agreed. Cool whip beats the hell out of scrambled eggs on top. Y’all must be doing it wrong.

When Here to Serve was serving a couple of weeks ago in Madison FL (after hurricane Idalia) we had someone bring us a pallet of strawberries. We made a strawberry pudding with some of them. Exact same recipe as banana but just subbed the strawberries.
I think it was even better than with bananas. Made me think about doing it with some fresh peaches next year.
I love my country, but don't trust my government.
