Wife and I decided about 3-4 months ago that we wanted to make our own sourdough bread at home, so we developed a starter from scratch, and now make bread about every 2 weeks. The bread is incredible, and we truly enjoy making it. I eat a slice almost every morning, whether it be toasted with butter or with an over easy egg on it. We use it for grilled cheeses, bread for soup, homemade croutons, everything. Looks good. We make all of our bread including sour dough. We do a sour dough skillet with vegetables and meat, sour dough pancakes, crackers.. all kinds of stuff.
