Agreed. But if there is intelligent life somewhere in the universe, we better hope they are peaceful. We cant even make it back to the moon. If we encountered a species that was violent we would be doomed. The only chance would be for something like the bacteria from War of the Worlds. We have zero tech that could combat intergalactic creatures.
