I had to stop in the Fort Payne Walmart the other day, and as always I stopped by the meat section to see if anything was on clearance, because as we all know proteins are one of the most expensive things in our grocery budgets. Well they had these packs of fresh steak burgers and prime rib burgers already packaged up. They were only $7 per pack of 4 -1/3 pound burgers. That works out to about $5.26 per pound so I grabbed all they had. I don't normally buy burgers already pattied, but that night I wanted simple and easy. I seasoned them with my normal stuff and served them on buttered and toasted Brioche buns and they were damn sure good.
