“Piston slap is generally caused when the cold running clearance (piston-to-wall clearance) is large enough that when the piston rocks from side to side in the bore it “slaps” the side of the cylinder and causes noise,” explains JE Pistons' Clayton Stothers. This piston slap comes within the Polaris Accessories too from the Kemimoto Store! Looking like we got us one of them thar ditships trying to promote a business without paying for an ad on here. 2 posts and both of them regarding UTVs and linking to that kemimoto site
