I've tried all the "expensive" stuff to be found on the shelves and none as really done me any good with my Ranger seat unfortunately

Only that worked on mine was a pressure washer after soap was on it for 15 min or so.

This . This stuff is potent. I clean bath tub with it also Will strip cast iron pan too. It contains lye. Spray pan down heavy and place in a garbage bag in the sun for few days...

303 mold and mildew cleaner. then get you a 303 vinyl protector will make it easier to clean in future. THIS
