jlbuc10 OP Booner J Joined: Nov 2010 Posts: 11,654 Longwood, FL	The huge 2 day season opens tomorrow. Gonna be some divorces caused at the boat ramps the next couple days. A customer is taking me on a 56’ Viking out of Ponce Inlet. Anybody else going this weekend to battle the crowds?

SC53 6 point S Joined: Dec 2015 Posts: 872 FL	Not a chance I’d participate in this circus. I did it a couple of times over the years and it’s a real chit show out of port Canaveral. Guys I know going are planning on being at the ramp by 4 am just to get a parking spot. After about 5:00, you’ll be parking a half mile away and relying on a shuttle service. Haven’t gone in over 5 years, just not worth it for 1 fish. Ponce should be a little better but still crazy. Fortunately you’re going on a boat that doesn’t have to deal with the ramp follies.
