Something about this whole deal smells funny to me as well.

Something about this whole deal smells funny to me as well. Yeah, 9 month old abducted by “stranger”. 0lder Lexus with damage to right rear, sounds like druggie. Just guessing but probably owes drug money.

Fox 6 reporting the baby has been found alive. Good Lord was watching out Awesome Something about this whole deal smells funny to me as well. Yeah, 9 month old abducted by “stranger”. 0lder Lexus with damage to right rear, sounds like druggie. Just guessing but probably owes drug money. Looks like the father has a history to include some kidnapping etc….

In this case, why aren't they looking at the parents for leaving the child in the car? I would think they absolutely are

At least the child is safe. Hopefully the investigation will sort out what really happened and the bad guys if any get appropriate punishment. In this case, there may not have been a crime committed at all. It could just be baby momma/daddy drama that got the police involved.

People are saying that he didn't put the car in park , and it just rolled down into some bushes. That’s exactly what happened.

People are saying that he didn't put the car in park , and it just rolled down into some bushes. That’s exactly what happened. I rolled my eyes when I first read that thinking there was no way she would survive the heat. Then I read that the vehicle was still running when they found it and the AC was blowing.

Why does the mother just call her " the baby " ?? Seems odd. This is coming from her Facebook posts. Juveniles are protected from their names being released when connected to a crime, both as the victim and perp. Most news outlets respect this. There are a few hoops that have to be gone through before they are released. It is not an immediate process but doesn't take too long in cases like this. I imagine the mother was distraught and may have been asked not to release a name just yet when she said that. A true situation of all's well that ends well from that perspective.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

“Running into his friend’s house for a minute” sounds a lot like “I’m desperate to get my drug fix let me race into his house without thinking and score a fix”. I’m sure the police have a good feel for which one it was.
Either way, the good Lord was watching over that poor little girl. Praise God for protecting her. Eh....pulling into a friend's house to pick something up or drop something off and have a sleeping kid in a car in the friend's driveway - I suspect lots of folks have done that. It's the ones who leave their kids in the car in public places that seem way more risky to me, if for no other reason than the child putting the vehicle into drive. In this case, this child wouldn't have been able to do that given her age. Now, not putting the car in park, that one is less likely to happen, but I admit that I have failed to do that before, but the car wasn't turned off yet so I knew as soon as I pulled my foot off the brake and I was in my own yard at the time.
