I had a 6410 also made in Germany always heard those were some of the best. Ours was a strong tractor. Think this line was the next up after they quit making the 10 series. With that age and hours though you will be making some repairs so guess it depends on the deal you’re getting.

They are good tractors. The 15 series and 20 series were made at the same time. 20 series would be like a R series now and the 15 series would be like a M series now. If the tractor has a power quad transmission it is probably worth the price. If it has the other transmission I wouldn’t buy it. Power quad was probably an 8-10 grand price difference when it was bought new.

If they would come down to about 30 to 35 it might be worth looking at. At 4500 hours your close to mid life from what I know and a lot of that depends on maintenance.

The power quad just has a straight shift lever going from 1 to 4 where you can go thru the gears w/out clutching or slowing down, we had it on the 6410 it was super nice. I don't believe that is it unless they changed it between those models.

Serviced by dealer every year. Very good friend of mine owns it and upgrade to new 125HP tractor. It will only be used for deer season planting/bush hogging at our place. So I would guess ~100 hrs per year. From what I am seeing the bush hog is going for around 10k so tractor is around 30k

3 options for trans in that year:

SyncroPlus
Type: fully synchronized
Gears: 12 forward and 4 reverse
Clutch: wet disc
Three synchronized gears (1-3) plus reverse (R) in four synchronized ranges (A-D).

SyncroPlus Reverser
Type: power shuttle
Gears: 16 forward and reverse
Clutch: wet disc
Reverser option adds left-hand power shuttle lever to SyncroPlus transmission. Four synchronized gears (1-4) in four synchronized ranges (A-D) with shuttle lever.

PowrQuad
Type: four-speed power shift
Gears: 16 forward and reverse
Clutch: wet disc
Four power shift gears (1-4) in four synchronized ranges (A-D) with power shuttle lever.

Looks like a really clean tractor, no doubt about it. I would say it has the SynchroPlus Reverser if you say it has a left hand shuttle, but that is based on what the 6410 had. Where that one has the 1-4 in a square pattern, the 6410 powerquad had the 1-4 in a straight line and you could just shift between them all you wanted w/out clutching or slowing down, just straight up and down.

Will they be throwing in any MB Ranch King Blinds with it? That place is pretty easy maintenance based on what I know about it. They keep it pretty well groomed so I'd imagine that the batwing and the tractor havent spent much of their life really being pushed to their limits.

Def has the reverser. A little confusing because the powrquad and the synchro both say with shuttle lever?

Ha! Got a few MB Ranch Kings and they are nice! Correct, mostly dragging a bush hog

That is not the power quad transmission in that tractor. Tractor looks clean. Tractor is probably worth what they are asking. I have run tons of different 6000 series tractors and they are good machines.
