Chicken marinade: 1/3-1/2 cup olive oil 3TBSP fresh lemon juice 3TBSP Soy sauce 2TBSP balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup brown sugar 1TBSP Worcestershire 3 garlic cloves minced S&P Marinate chicken thighs overnight Half jalapeno, cream cheese, chicken, wrap in bacon. Used stubbs sticky sweet as binder for bourbon molasses rub.
