If you're using them with climbing sticks, do you have a favorite or a do not purchase brand?

I made a couple out of winch rope and small pvc pipe to make it keep a loop. I tried just taping the stirrup out wide but wasn’t happy with how it was hard to get my foot in. Lots of YouTube videos on types and how to make and attach to your stick.
I’m 5’10 and they help me gain another 3-4 ft with two

I made some out of climbing rope, and cut an old thick hose pipe up to give it some strength. I also taped the hose pipe in place so it wouldn’t slide all up and down on the rope. Used all year this year without a problem.

I’ve actually been checking their stuff out. I know the webbing I have will work if I decide to go that route because I developed a system to hang trail cameras just wrapping the strap around the tree and using it for three steps. I’m guessing I’ll end up buying something though.

I'm a biggun' and the aiders I use came from The Amsteel Guy. No problems.

When I use sticks, I carry (3) tethrd one sticks, with aiders. two have a single aider, and the bottom stick has a double. If I really stretch it out, I can get 22' to my stand platform.

Thanks fellas I'm leaning a 3 step on bottom, I'll have 4 muddy the pro sticks. Gonna use in the timber in Idaho and maybe some here depending on knees in elk season. I'll be taking the bottom stick out with me leaving the rest. I'll be hanging my cams with just the one with 3 steps instead of screw-ins and being a 58yr old monkey. Don't wanna jump on my new knees lol. I'll be using my climbers on any cutovers.

Not too shabby for a rookie… i was gonna order one 2 step and three single steps and decided to spend 1/3 the money for a DIY task. Works for me ![[Linked Image]](https://i.imgur.com/yBgzdDj.jpg)

Psst, we can see the big pen fence, lol Lol, that keeps dogs in the back yard and out of the marsh. Also keeps beavers and coyotes out of the yard in the back.
