I had it bad. Was put on valium for a month. Couldn’t drive. Had to be taken to and from work. Awful.

Would be a great biological warfare weapon

I had ear issues a while back. The vertigo pretty much shut me down for a week.

BIL been dealing with it a month. You can buy meclizine over the counter. Primary med used in vertigo.

Longest I've ever had to deal with it was 2 or 3 days (knock on wood) I'd damn sure hate to have had to deal with it as long as some of y'all have for sure 🤪

I have Ménière’s disease. It’s an inner ear disorder. Causes severe attacks of vertigo, I’ve had it put me in bed for days. Only thing that helps is Valium. I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. Stress makes it worse. I retired in 2017 from a very stressful job. I’ve been in remission after I retired and haven’t had an attack in years.

I’ve had it about 4 times over the years. Sux’s every time.
Bonine helps with the symptoms as does ginger.
The Epsley maneuver will usually fix the ear crystals problems that normally cause it.

James look up Epley Maneuver….either on YouTube or Google. There’s a way you can do it to yourself I think or get someone to do to you. It should help.

Yes look up the exercise to help with it. I had it awful a couple weeks back. Still dealing with it some if I roll over to quick in the morning or sit up to quick.

Yeah it is. It’s real fun when you’re driving and it hits.

Dad had it so bad he’d literally be laying in bed then end up ramming head first into the wall. He never could make it make sense when he told me that.

Last time it hit I went to a PT and he helped get rid of it. I think it hits when I grading, something about looking back and forth while going forward.
