I'm not a lawyer, but if a big storm comes through and blows that tree on your neighbor, it is considered an act of God. True. A lady's house here in Huntsville had significant damage from her neighbors large oak tree that fell onto her roof during a recent storm. She has no homeowner's insurance to cover the damage. A volunteer group came and removed the tree at no charge to her.
