Dang mangy yote appeared in the back yard the other day trying for a chicken. No good so he took off. Today he came back and got one right after church. I think he got a second one now. I have an electric mesh pen but some like to escape so am not too surprised. It does bother me that it’s coming into the yard during daylight. That’s a first in 4 1/2 years of being here. I put the only 2 traps I have out and I’m ordering some K9s tonight!
Don't blame me for your bad decision-

Had a uncle way back when that would catch a pullet and pull some feathers of it back then put a mix of Elmer’s glue and strychnine on the bald spot He’d tie out the pullet and let the dog/cat/predator catch it…..end of critter
When I need expert advice I tend to talk to myself The older I get the better I used to be

I’ll keep that in my hip pocket though. Thanks

We had constant issues with foxes getting our chickens, often in broad daylight. Two border collies solved the problem. Nothing comes in my yard now.
