Its leaning towards the neighbors house and will land in his backyard and on his roof. You must really have it out for your neighbor. You have got an 80' pine that is 3'-4' at base, you have been poisoning it to kill it, knowing that if it falls it's gonna land on his property and possibly on his house? Sure am glad I ain't your neighbor. Pay someone to cut it down and move on with life. A good neighbor is worth the price of the tree job. Keeping a good neighbor is worth even more.

Not to mention by posting that on social media he has now become liable for any damage that might happen should it fall on his neighbors property.

Garalon not sure if spelled correctly. Cut or hatchet it several times get the garalon in the meat of the tree. It’s regulated I think an arborist or a lawn care company, farmer may can get it You won’t need but a coke bottle full. It’s basil oil based and will kill. Garlon (Triclopyr) is not regulated. You can find it under the trade name Remedy Ultra too. Crossbow is 2,4-D plus Triclopyr and you may find it at your co-op or feed store. Polaris (Imazapyr) offers little control on pine.
"Cull" is just another four letter word...

Deliberately killing a tree, that's leaning towards your neighbors house, would be about as crazy as loading up for a road trip to Cali for true love.
If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14
