Garalon not sure if spelled correctly. Cut or hatchet it several times get the garalon in the meat of the tree. It’s regulated I think an arborist or a lawn care company, farmer may can get it You won’t need but a coke bottle full. It’s basil oil based and will kill.
Garlon (Triclopyr) is not regulated. You can find it under the trade name Remedy Ultra too. Crossbow is 2,4-D plus Triclopyr and you may find it at your co-op or feed store.
Polaris (Imazapyr) offers little control on pine.
