I've watched B.A.S.S. and MLF pros work marina boat slips and private docks over like a sponge soaking up water... and never have seen or heard of anyone of them being harassed by a shotgun toting senior citizen , so what makes this dude so special ? maybe they should have not fished his private boat slip but its public water There is nothing wrong with fishing his "private" boat dock. As long as they didn't put a foot on it, they are good. I'm not cocky at all, but I will fish whatever boat dock I want to, in the state of Alabama. That was harassment by the old man, and the only law being broken, pending nothing happened before the recording started.
