FOR SALE New England Arms Handi Rifle chambered in .223 Remington. Gun Digest describes them as simple, accurate, & rugged. This one is a rare one with a heavy barrel, stainless steel finish & black composite stock. Only produced one year (2004 I think). Very accurate & lethal. Excellent rifle for youth or small frame adult.

twist rate I don't have a clue. What can I do to check? Might be on the barrel or box. Just helps to know what grain ammo works best with it. Sometimes with bolt or single shot guns they’ll have slower rotations like a 1:12 to shoot lighter varmint rounds.
