Columbiana on the Hill Top

I'm in central Alabama (Shelby County)... we are looking at high 20's to freezing the next few nights. Most all of my fruit trees I have planted have bloomed or are blooming... with this cold weather... should I do "anything" to protect them of just, let it ride? New to this so I appreciate any feedback.
