I am looking to see if anyone has a 1911 in 10mm
I would like to find a Springfield not opposed to a Kimber
I am in North Alabama but have no issue traveling a reasonable distance

Couchnapper had a really nice Springfield TRP 10mm listed not long ago. Not sure if he still has it or not

I like my Kimber, but don't want to get rid of it.

They are no longer in production but there’s a lot of them on the market if you look around. If you decide to go with a Delta Elite, be sure to get one that already has a beaver tail grip safety. A 10mm 1911 will chew your hand up with the traditional spur type. Also look for one that has Novak style sights or else you’ll be yearning for an upgrade. Those GI sights leave a lot to be desired. Luckily Gundoc was able to fix all my Delta’s shortcomings and it’s an absolute beast now. Upgraded the sights to wide notch Novak rear and gold bead front sight plus the beavertail safety he fit to the pistol is an absolute work of art. Hopefully this pic will show you what I’m talking about. Before/after

If you wanna pay what they cost, A&M Guns off the square in Monroeville has a brand new Dan Wesson Kodiak. It’s factory cerakoted in a bronze finish and has a long slide and 6” bbl (I think). It’s a thing of beauty and I want one badly but I don’t need a $2200 pistol.
