First food post in a while…..Bass/Crappie tacos, courtesy of Lake Tuscaloosa. Me and a buddy caught enough for dinner. Blackened, pico de gallo, slaw, cilantro/lime/ranch dressing. Even broke out the good china. Fish came straight from the livewell to the filet knife to the skillet.
