I gave them a quick bath in milk. Run them in a gallon plastic plastic bag (tm) with garlic salt ap flour and southern flavor then beef tallow on the cast iron finished with a dusting of more garlic salt and southern flavor I was pretty well pleased with it all and it eat pretty good
