Lived here all my life. Good luck getting a GREAT steak. I’ve never been to Jackson’s or Iron though. Honestly I’m not a fan of McGuires. I’ve tried eating steak there a few times and it was average at best. For me, it’s way too damn loud and dark in there and I’m not old enough to be saying that. Their Lamb chops are really good but tiny. Best steak I ever had here was at mesquite Charlie’s by they been gone a long time. I wish I could point you in a more promising direction. If money is t an issue, try Jackson’s. As someone who grew in Pcola this is complete gospel - word for word. Mesquite Chariles was so better than Coach and Four too. The hell you say. Back with the original owners, Coach and Four was the best steak in Pensacola.
Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.
My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

IRON for dinner George for brunch (make reservations now) Fish House is great but not if you're looking for white tablecloth fine dining The Grand Marlin
McGuires is good and a staple down there but definitely not for a fine dining dinner Jaco's is good and on the water (brunch and make reservations) New Yorker is great for a great sandwich O'Brien's Bistro we love
We don't eat out a lot at fine dining down when we go down there but we've hit all the above and they are all good

Gather in atmore is damn fine! A bit of a drive from pcola though. Grand marlin is really good. Bob White wouldn’t know a good steak if it jumped up and kicked him in his old arse. Coach and Four is absolute SHITE! What i was saying was, back when you were still $hitting yellow, that place had a great steak. Today, not so much. Respect your Elders, sonny! And Grand Marlin is a Yuppie place. Been once, and all I saw were a bunch of Biff's and Buffy's. Hell, they asked me to park my pickup around back!

If you find yourself out towards Perdido Key, I really like Jellyfish. Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Don't let the word out or the dang OBA crowd will be crossing the line!
