That is just up from my office. I don't know anything about the hunting but I did see a truck full of black folks pulled over and fishing in that little drainage ditch last year. There is now way to pull off Vaughn road so they were still partially in the road. About 6 of them with little kids running around. I kept waiting for the headline of someone driving by and hitting one of them. Freaking stupid.

I saw some young guys just before Christmas when the freeze hit stuck in that area by the drainage ditch. I just thought they were mud riding in the woods.
While we are fact finding in Pike Road. Anybody noticed the lady at exit 16 with the tent? Next to the new Eagle gas station. Maybe that’s for a new post.
I think that’s a man. There’s a woman that hung around Home Depot in chantilly that had a tent in front of the theater.

Ranchette Estates is where I grew up. Parents still live there. If he is the one who has the ladder stand where I think it is , he is probably poaching. Bruce that owns CTE is the closest house to the stand. Also the lady that owns a house across from Bruce experienced a home invasion a few weeks back. I'm pretty sure they are keeping a close eye on who comes and goes along that sewer line and the dead-end street. That sucks about the home nvasion. Those sewer lines, ditches and easements behind neighborhoods are a thief’s best friend.

I saw 2 younger bow hunters the other day walking down 31 just across the bridge coming out of Prattville. They were parked at the scrap yard and walking down towards the river on that side of the road. They’re hunting corp property. I thought about hunting there but I’m scared to leave my truck parked there

They were accessing by boat out of cooters pond. They found the deer and the guy quartered it up and toted it out. I have seen several trucks parked there on Fridays over the last few weeks.

That seems like a lot of effort coming from cooters, property isn't terribly big and lots of traffic on road. Would take a ballsy individual to stop and try and do something to a vehicle. Was it a good one loprofile tracked?
There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

Update: Yesterday afternoon I saw the same F150 parked on the side of 110. So it looks like the Karen’s of the area didn’t stop this hunter from hunting a tract of land that he has every right to. And I hope he had a great season hunting there.
