We got two illegal dumps up here that "mysteriously" catch fire every couple years. This last time ADEM came down on them pretty hard. I don't know what the answer is but these fires need to stop. Nobody has got hurt "yet". But I could see it happening very easily. Both these are 100% wood from tree removal. Was pretty funny when dump trucks were showing up to dump when the landowner was being read the riot act. The fuel load at this one is unreal.
