Getting older means adapting to the constant presence of loss. You lose your career, your identity, your status, your health, your friends, and then worst of all you lose your loved ones. Every day is a blessing but as it passes you just shift one more notch down the line. For every glorious sunrise there always comes a sunset. All you can do is remember the good times, forget the bad ones, take care of the necessary, and start another day tomorrow. Sorry for your loss. This:: just take it one day at a time . Sorry for your loss mr Irish . We all gonna be there one day
