Mine never went back after they closed college for covid.
Hes 22 now and making almost 20k more than I did as a Lieutenant
at the fire department with 30 years in. And that is including the tons
of OT I worked. No way I would recommend he quit to go back to school.
If you are young and willing to work there are
some great jobs out there.
