No mention of PFAS, though. Problem is, PFAS can be everywhere -- air, soil, water, etc. Think about where all that stuff has been historically applied: textiles, cooking/kitchen items, household products -- basically everywhere.

I'm not a big conspiracy theorist, and I have eaten plenty freshwater fish, but bottom line is, we've got to take better care of our waterways. These persistent chemicals/compounds are a problem. And look, I'd much rather eat some freshwater Alabama fish than something farmed in Thailand or China or wherever.


According to the state, Village Creek and Bayview lake are good to go, LOL.
