Set up next to a small slough near the Sipsey. Got one small yearling wandering around far.

Trying public land again today saw 5 deer here yesterday after just none in bow range

Just got in stand in Elmore County. No bucks on camera last night fir the first time in a few weeks, so I'm hoping they will be up cruising this morning. Sitting till 11

Had 4 bucks chasing the same doe but my luck the biggest was a small 6 pt.

Dang, mine have been very quiet this morning.

A buddy texted me a very nice 8 pt he took this morning in Fayette Co. chasing a doe.

Not a single thing on camera during daylight

Saw 0 this morning. Maybe this afternoon will be better

I let a 4-5 year old 7 point walk at the house this morning hoping Madison gets a shot at him or the big deer we have on camera

Been in tree since 1, nothing so far.

2 shooters on cams this morning. First time one of them has been in daylight since Mid December.

I think the timing of the rut for most of the state, coupled with this nice cold front rolling in should make this weekend very, very good.

I hope. Friday should be fun.
