Your son has a great skill set. There's no doubt about that. I wouldn't let him quit school though. Seeing something through to the end, that he doesn't like doing, will be part of his life, regardless of which career path he choses. I don't care if a man has a HS or college diploma or not, but there's a lot of people that do. Quitting school will follow him around forever.
