I swear I’m tired of my neighbors dogs. Finally got a job making enough money that if I want to drop $1000 or more on a lease that I can; so I’ve leased the 135 acres that butts up to my 15 acres but I’m done with the neighbors dogs I don’t care what anybody thinks and I don’t care what anybody says I’ve had it with them. I work from 5 PM to 5:30 to 6:30 AM six days a week so there wasn’t a lot of time to deer hunt this season without walking in after daylight and bumping the deer. Finally got some evidence of the rut taking place on trail camera yesterday so I got into a stand this morning before daylight. By 7:15 I had a pack of dogs chasing deer across the lease and then ultimately had to get out of the stand because I heard a dog over in my yard getting into it with my dog who is on a cable run. This go talk to your neighbor doesn’t work here, these people can see me get into a particular stand and within 20 mins their dogs are suddenly loose and running through the lease or my property. They will start randomly shooting what ever gun they have on hand around 3:30 and shoot toward the property lines in the area where the deer are bedding. One of the couples had warrants for their arrest and was running from the sheriffs, they go back to their house and jump out holding a handgun; he was shot multiple times but survived so I’m not dealing with the most intelligent people around. I’ve had people suggest that I trap them but I would probably end of trapping coons, the pound wants the public to pick up any strays and bring them there so they are of no help. This crap is so frustrating, makes you hate people even more.

That sounds like a dangerous situation (the people) you are dealing with. I wouldn't know what to do, short of videoing and recording the scenario and having law enforcement look into it.
I think regardless - they are looking to make your life miserable.

Problem with Bibb Co. is the sheriff and deputies are a joke for the most part, I have a few friends that work for the two city depts. but that does me no good since I live outside the limits. I’m open to suggestions but I’m about ready to take up dog hunting.

I think that things will improve somewhat when the cutover grows back but I can’t see wasting time trying to hunt public land due to my work schedule. Yesterday I was in the tree stand the same one that can be seen by my neighbors and somebody was probably 300 to 400 yards away from me on the lease shooting a small caliber rifle I could hear the bullets hitting the trees about 250 yards away in front of me and to my left.

Things you post on a public forum can and will be used against you in a court of law.
If you wouldn’t want it read to the judge and jury while sitting on the stand, then DON’T post it🤦🏼♂️

My fear is that if I don’t lease the property someone else will and that could be even worse than the current situation.

That's the most accurate assessment I've seen. Matches 100% the experiences I've had trying to protect children. Much less a dog.
Character is not developed in moments of temptation and trial. That is when it is intended to be used.
