Few weeks ago I was informed late on a Sat night that we had to bring a breakfast dish to Sunday school. Didn’t have much so I fried some conecuh and then added half milk half water for grits. Discovered the only cheese we had was Mozzarella. Wifey says “what’s it gonna hurt to try it”? I’ll tell ya what. Didn’t hurt a dang thing. I’m NOT a cheese grits guy. I like em plain with butter or sausage and butter. I’m a changed man! The Mozzarella was just so silky smooth and mild!! After that we decided that’s what we’d have for Christmas breakfast since church was on the schedule and we didn’t have time for the normal stuff. Give it a shot. Don’t think you’ll be disappointed! I need to try sprinkling a little parmesan on them next time
Don't blame me for your bad decision-
