Well thats a start but now the more I think about it I am beginning to think a lot of these bag limits have been drawn up using the famous SWAG method and we just need to hit the reset button and rewrite the whole dang thing. Not under our current administration. They don't care what the law says about their authority to set seasons and limits, and you and I are excluded from the prosesss completely by law. We need to get that changed first.
