Has anyone actually spoken with a person in customer service? I can only get an automated message

I haven't, but I've never needed to either. I spend alot (to me) of money with them.

Always got good prompt service over the interwebs so never needed to speak to someone. Definitely not on the Aldeer ban list.

I placed an order for a gun but never got any sort of confirmation. My card was charged. I only get an automated message that eventually hangs up on me. I’m sure it’s fine. Just want an update or confirmation

Do you have an account with them? Might can log in and get some info on a tracking number. Alot of places are pretty busy right now. Between BF sales and everyone prioritizing Oregon sales, a lot of places are a tad slow.

I think even if you sign up now, it will link your purchases as a guest.

I have and had great service from them. Just wish I could remember his name. I can’t log into my account because I’ve changed emails. I know that doesn’t help.

I don't think I've ever received a confirmation on anything I ordered from them. But, everything I've ever ordered showed up in the time I would have expected it to.

I went in their store in Bueafort SC. Told the guy I was looking for a carry handle for AR. He was showing them to me and said “ my brother just bought one off Amazon a lot cheaper than this” I said thanks man!
