Good shape all floors and walls finished in tongue and groove poplar wood. Gas head and gas on demand hot water. The cabin comes completely furnished and ready to live in. Very well insulated with R19 insulation. MUST BE MOVED!!! $12,000 or best offer. Showed by appointment only!!! Will consider trades for a nice UTV or a 3/4 pickup of equal value. Most were unfinished and a lot lighter than this one, but dimensions were the same. It's been over 20 years and the law may have changed, but back then you just called Montgomery and got a free permit to move it. All the labor of man is for his mouth, and yet the appetite is not filled.

Also takes a different insurance to move one so most roll backs are out. With it being finished most of the guys that move sheds will be out due to weight. You will need to find a house mover. I don’t have any around me in north bama. I work for alabama custom cabins and I have been going through this same thing trying to move some new storage buildings we are making.
