If you collect enough of those seeds, like about 5lbs worth. You can boil them down to a tea which will get you fried like a Jimi Hendrix album.

Looks like morning glory to me.
Ben the seeds in the doves were likely wooly croton seeds. Were they jet black or brown/black spotted? Black and a little oblong almost tear drop like but the same size as the ones in the image above, bb size. Each dove would have 15 or so in em. I did not take a pic then saw these today and the size was perfect but shape is a little off. Been trying to figure out what was such a preference for doves

Mbrock is on the right track. Doves will consume croton seeds, but will not touch morning glory.
If you do the things you need to do when you need to do them then someday you can do the things you want to do when you want to do them.

Mbrock is on the right track. Doves will consume croton seeds, but will not touch morning glory. I think every morning glory seed that is made, comes up about 5 times. That has to be one of, if not the most prolific plant in existence.

^^^^this It’s the OG pigweed of my youth! We've got OG Pigweed too! LOL Been spraying for it for 40 years. Miss a spot and it looks like it's never been sprayed.
