What say, ye! I’m in the market for a couple of extra cameras. They’ll be in a place with next to zero service. These are watching trails so speed is important and range helps. It’s been over a year since I’ve bought any and I know the models change regularly and last year’s latest and greatest sometimes turn out to be flops longevity wise. What are ALdeer’s top recommendations or, just as important, stay away froms?

I had a browning one I liked, it took great pics and was fast, but it fried. All my non cell camera's are stealth brand. I like them ok.

I picked up a couple of these Bushnells a couple months ago and don't have any complaints so far.

I believe these are the best cameras for the money you can buy. I have bought them online from Walmart and Amazon and have never been disappointed. I put them where they come up missing due to trespassers and I am not crying if they are gone. Not many good cameras can be had for the price of these. Simple and good pictures with good battery life. What else do you need?

You guys with the Tascos, are these the 8,10, or 12MP models?

These are built on the same frame as old Tasco's. The
quality of images is plenty good enough for me at 14mp.
My old Tasco's were 8mp.
