Lester spike Joined: Jan 2019 Posts: 33 Limestone County	I was looking around on the Publix website the other day and was surprised to see that you can buy whole hogs (gutted and scraped) from them. IIRC you can order them in weights from around 30 pound up to over a hundred pounds. Probably pretty pricey but, at least you would be able to get the size you wanted when you wanted it.

I just cooked a 60 pounder for my student ministry. We had 95 students and about 20 adults show up and still had some left over, but we had plenty of other food too.

Shot them and gave them to the buzzards and coyotes. If you always do what you've always done you always get what you've always got
