It’s not even hot or cold right now…fan and a window OR blanket. I know but my wife is the one that would be the first to die in the wilderness. The dang heat comes on if it gets to 68 and the ac comes on if it gets to 72. Happy wife, happy life!

Can’t go wrong with Champs or Absolute Air I was on a business owners trip this week and met Jeff, the Owner of Champs. Really nice guy and would recommend for that area based off my interactions with him.

Call Johnny Rich. He’s out of Chelsea. Great guy. Back up and running. Took him 5 minutes to replace the capacitor. I sent you a pm ford150man. He was curious who referred him. He didn’t know who ford150man was. Thanks again!

Most commercial outfits have a zero tolerance policy about their employees not moonlighting. I don’t know of any commercial companies that care if guys pick up side work. Residential companies probably care because they can lose customers.

Think about this- they provide them with trucks, tools, equipment and parts inventory. Any one of those could be used at the employers expense for the employees gain. Along with the customer angle you mentioned.

Along with the customer angle you mentioned. There’s a give and take with all of it. It’s common for me to refer one of our guys, for little jobs that pop up. The guys we have In company trucks, I trust to be reasonable. I don’t know how you would ban it. No way to monitor and you would lose half your employees.
