I don't understand the Buc-ee's thing. Why in hell would I want to stop at a Wal Mart sized gas station?

The one at the foley exit is a disaster during vacation season. Leeds is much less crowded. I like the store. Pretty cool and their jerky is pretty dang good. They also have meat and cheese trays. Nice change for road snacks I've never been (Wife & kids have) But I've had their jalapeño n cheese summer sausage several times and it's some count for sure.
Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many!

I don't understand the Buc-ee's thing. Why in hell would I want to stop at a Wal Mart sized gas station? Way more pumps than a Walmart but the real reason to go are the bathrooms. Huge and sparkling clean. Not standing in nasty urine and though I have not had to use, if you need a toilet and can wait to get to a Buc-ees, I am sure it is worth the extra effort. If you take your wife in one they only want to use that bathroom if it's on the way to where you are going. All the other stuff is there if you want to shop/eat but safe/clean is the best feature. If traveling alone I would prefer my wife stops there for gas.

I have never even seen a buc-ees. They are building one south of auburn so I guess one day I'll get to see the mecca of interstate travel stops.
What you do today, you have to sleep with tonight.

I went to the one at the Foley exit to see what all the fuss was about. It was middle of the week and was elbow to elbow crowded. Brisket was good, but I'm good now. I guess I'm just getting old. Can't stand crowds.
Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.
My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.
