I turned 60 back in March so that means my good ole doctor tells me I am due another colonoscopy. I get the letter in the mail with the dates time and all of the instructions. Today was the lucky day. So, I start taking laxatives this morning...and yes they work. I start drinking this god awful mixture.....and it really works. The doctors office is supposed to call with the time for the procedure early afternoon today. They never call so the letter said call them if no-one calls me. I call and guess what? The lady that completed my instructions made a mistake on the dates. My appointment is Friday. SO, I get to do all the fun stuff again Thursday!
I am not real happy about it but it could be worse. The doctor could have made a mistake and did a leg extending surgery like the one Shaw got.

I thought they’d come out with a replacement for having to drink a gallon of that musty stuff and instead you just do a series of pills and drink a shucks load of water?
Surely in 2022, we have the scientific means to not have to drink a gallon of putrid liquid to clean someone out…

They do, 2 different small bottles. One the night before and one the next morning. Along with a bunch of water. Wife just had one last month.
