He's not calling anything. He's just going where he's told, trying to read the teleprompter without screwing up, and scribbling his name on whatever is placed in front of him. Shots are being called by a collective group of just a few unknown people behind the scenes. Based on what has been pushed agenda wise, Obama is one of those few, no telling who the others are, but you can bet that our president is not being included in any of these policy and decision making meetings.
